That’s Right!  Christie, Frank, Rob, Mark & Mick are still with the company that Mr. David Brandt founded in 2008.  These individuals have a combined 20 years with the company, a combined 55 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry and all are IICRC Certified.

Floodco started out as an Emergency Water Removal company and under Dave’s direction expanded to include Certified Mold Remediation (Best Value/Warranty in the Valley), Fire Damage Restoration, Smoke/Odor Removal, Sewer Backups, Sump Pump Installation/Repair, Storm Damage and General Cleaning (Carpet, Upholstery, Junk Removal, Etc.).

In addition to restoration services, Floodco also offers residential and commercial property repair/maintenance services.  The company has many skills within its arsenal and I have no problem strapping on a tool belt, jumping on a piece of heavy equipment (owner/operator) or doing a welding repair.  My skills, combined with the skill set of the employees, gives you an opportunity to enjoy Single Source Responsibility.

Hello, my name is Dale Heuvelman and on January 2, 2018 I acquired the assets of Floodco, LLC.  The company has retained the Floodco name and will continue to operate as Floodco.  However, the official name is Heuvelman General Contracting, LLC dba Floodco.  I am an engineer and my 30 years of experience is very diversified.  For the first 15 years, I was a process engineer designing and executing capital projects all over the United States and the Middle East.  These projects ranged from small capital projects to entire greenfield plant design/build projects.  9/11 changed everything, so I decided to make a career change and on March 1, 2003 I acquired Precision Door of St. Louis.  For the next 13 years I ran Precision Door and started two other companies due to the demand for my engineering/construction services.  These other companies provided garage organization/makeovers and residential/commercial general contracting services.  Everything from major commercial remodels to kitchens, baths, basements and complete residential remodels.

In 2015, I sold Precision Door, which was shortly after the Ferguson riots.  My wife Debbie and I started thinking that it might be better to move to a safer place.  Debbie grew up about two miles from the riots and St. Louis had become a different city over the years.  We love the mountains and decided on Flathead Valley which led us to Floodco and Mr. David Brandt.
