Thank you to all of our customers for your business and trust you have put in our company.   We would like to take a minute to remind our you who operate hydraulic dumpers at their facilities that it is time to service the hydraulic pumping units.  This is a service we offer at Merritt Mechanical because we know that it is imperative to maintain these pumping units to extend the life of your hydraulic lift. 

 

Standard service price is $1,994.00.  This price is based upon a 200 gallon pump reservoir system within a 50 mile of Cairo, Georgia.  Extra cost for travel and living expenses will apply to locations over the 50 mile radius.

 

Typical hydraulic pump service includes:

• Filtering of approximately 200 gallons of hydraulic fluid
• Vacuum sludge from reservoir
• Clean inside of reservoir tank
• Pump filtered oil into reservoir tank
• Replace inside tank filters
• Start-up of pumping unit and inspection of hoses, fittings and related items for leaks and visible damage.

Any fluid plumbing repairs such as new hoses, fittings and related to be at an additional cost per item as needed. Contact us for pricing for additional reservoir sizes and requirements.
