Antioxidants are another crucial tool for healthy eyes, so include carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, and dark leafy vegetables to meet your dietary needs. Minerals copper and zinc are also beneficial, so make sure to incorporate oysters, turkey, and crab into your daily intake.

Exercise Your Eyes

In addition to eating right, you can perform small, simple exercises to boost your vision. To start off, rotate your eyes in a circular, clockwise motion 10 times. Next, rotate them counterclockwise 10 times. Another easy exercise to perform involves staring at an object six inches away for five seconds, looking away, and then focusing on the object for another five seconds. Keeping your eyes warm is also better for your vision. to help with this, place your palms over your eyelids and rub gently for a few seconds. Rest & Relax Your Eyes

Your eyes do a lot of work throughout the day, so it’s important to rest and relax them periodically. Simply shut your eyes, lean your head back, clear your mind, and rest for three to five minutes. Additionally, for every 50 minutes you spend looking at a computer or television screen, make sure to rest your eyes for at least 10 minutes.
