Eight condominiums and community associations, including Island Colony (Oahu) and Waipouli Beach Resort (Kauai) made the switch to Hawaiiana in 2015. Hawaiiana also welcomed homeowners into newly opened Oahu properties Waihonua and The Cove Waikiki.

Hawaiiana also welcomed new homeowners at newly-opened buildings Waihonua and The Cove Waikiki.
