You can also buy clamps that screw to the wall and hold rakes, brooms, and other tools off the ground. 

3. Leaning Towers

Leaning towers of boxes are common garage clutter, and even worse, they can be dangerous. If you keep things like Christmas decorations, old books, and even stuff you never unpacked when you moved, it’s time to unpack, sort, and organize all of it.
