Evergreen, Colorado is a beautiful place. The fantastic scenery, all the open space parks, Evergreen Lake and the hiking. This has made Evergreen a destination for many years. With the demand of being in a beautiful mountain town and its easy access to the ski resorts and downtown Denver, it has certainly made house values increase over the years. The nice thing about the values increasing along with demand, the values have not really taken a hit in the market downturns.

The luxury real estate market in Evergreen is the same as the rest of the market. Actually luxury real estate has actually held value a little more than the average market. Although it hasn’t really appreciated as fast, it has held value and not seen the huge dips in the economic turns.
