Looking for a spring race and ready to train in a group setting? Up and Running is proud to offer a group setting training program to help you train for the Flying Pig Marathon and Half Marathon this year!
Up and Running and Certified USATF coach, Holly Pellitteri, will oversee the training program and provide the online training plans. There will be three opportunities to train with the group per week, Monday at 6pm, Thursday at 6pm and Saturday at 8am. Can’t make the training group times, don’t worry you will be given a weekly training schedule in addition to the group workouts!

-Stretching ,strength, gear and nutrition clinics
-Access to an athletic trainer for injury questions

-$10 discount on footwear
