Coryell Memorial Healthcare System (CMHS) was proud to be one of the sponsors of the 4th annual Soldier Christmas Party at Peacock River Ranch. The men and women, who were served BBQ and provided desserts from local churches, were recently called in and are stationed at North Fort Hood until they are deployed to Afghanistan. They will not be with their family on Christmas, so the Gatesville community came together to show them some southern hospitality.

Carly Latham, CMHS Director of Marketing, said, “Thank you for your service that allows us to enjoy the holidays with our family and friends. We appreciate that because of you, we all can lay down our heads at night and rest without fear. We hope this meal is taken as a little token of how grateful we are.
