Annual Cookies with Santa Event a Success

This year’s Cookies with Santa had all the fun and holiday cheer of years past. We also had the exciting addition of Olaf, the snowman character from Frozen. Everyone enjoyed dancing with Olaf and it seemed limbo with him and Santa was a big hit for young and old! Santa made sure to visit with all the children and take a picture with those who wanted one.

1) How long have you been at GrandeVille and in which position(s)?

I have been working at GrandeVille since April 12, 2013 as the Community Relations Representative, but I have been in the senior living business since 2000. I worked at GrandeVie in Penfield as a Receptionist, Office Manager, and Assistant Manager in Independent Living so I have a total of 17 years working with the Marasco family!

2) What do you like best about working at GV?

I love finding people a place to call "home" – somewhere they can put the stresses of every day life out of their minds. The best part is feeling like I’m coming "Home" to work!

3) “I’m happiest...”

… when I see a smile on our residents’ faces.

4) People would be surprised to know…

… that I am a former military wife of 20+ years.

5) Favorite food?

     Fettuccine Alfredo

6) Favorite sport/hobby?
