An Assertive Community Treatment — ACT — therapist is needed to support the multidisciplinary ACT teams at NorthKey Community Care. Qualifying candidates will have experience working with adults managing chronic mental health conditions. Utilizing extensive psycho-social services, the ACT therapist will help develop strategies to successfully reintegrate clients into communities in a stable fashion.

Crisis Therapist

NorthKey Community Care needs a qualified crisis therapist to conduct behavioral health assessments for youth and adult clients. Working with an interdisciplinary treatment team, the selected candidate will be expected to help direct crisis stabilization efforts on an outpatient basis.
