Introducing Kerry Little, the newest member to Peter A. Matsuura’s team! Having just completed her introductory period, she’s now helping Dr. Matsuura’s patients in the office and operating room. Kerry takes pride in educating patients about their sports injuries and recovery processes. She also carries out office procedures such as wound care, therapeutic injections, and casting for broken bones. In the surgery room, she’s Dr. Matsuura’s right hand, helping him conduct operations with precision and speed. When Kerry isn’t giving hands-on care, she’s behind the scenes, interpreting x-rays, MRIs, and CT scans.

WithSports Injury Kerry’s help, Dr. Matsuura’s office will run smoother than ever. Another pair of hands on deck means more broken bones will get casts, more sports injuries can be healed, and more surgeries completed. After the surgeries are done, Kerry helps out with injury recovery, too.

After four years of collegiate soccer and a season playing semi-pro, Kelly understands the type of care sports injuries call for. That’s why she loves being a physician’s assistant. In Kelly’s own words: “It’s very rewarding to be in a profession where I’m helping people feel better and restore their function.” Who better to treat sports injury than someone who knows it firsthand?
