The Pet Hale is more than just Hawaii’s favorite pet store—it’s the go-to destination for all of a pet’s needs. Family owned and operated, the 6,400 square foot haven located in Mililani offers a laid back atmosphere where pets are welcome as much as their owners.

Rabbits, guinea pigs and dogs can get their nails trimmed at The Pet Hale while their pet parents browse the large selection of food and pet accessories, including toys, carrying cases and cages. Curious kids can check out the pet turtles, a wide selection of beautiful birds, chameleons and chinchillas and find a new companion to take home—with parental permission, of course. The store even carries a large quantity of live crickets and mealworms to keep pet reptiles fed and healthy.

Puppies are also available from local families, as well as from no-kill shelters, trying to find them a good home. All puppies are screened by veterinarians and receive their first vaccinations and de-worming before entering the store. The Pet Hale proudly advocates for pet adoption and provides information in-store about local animal shelters.

And once adoption or purchase of your new lovable pet is complete, pet owners will never have to worry about finding someone to take care of their companions (at least their smaller ones). The Pet Hale is open seven days a week and offers pet boarding. Guinea pigs, bunnies and chinchillas cost $12 to board; parrots are $10; small birds and other small pets are $8.

The Pet Hale offers a wonderful selection of services, products, and pets for adoption. Stop by the store for excellent service and everything you need to keep pets happy. Call The Pet Hale at (808) 696-1083 or visit their website for more information.
