This July, the team is pleased to spotlight an essential member of the OBGYN Associates team: Amanda Sample, MD, FACOG.

Dr. Sample holds a professional medical doctorate from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown. When she started medical school, Amanda initially planned to pursue a career in family medicine, but during her rotation on labor and delivery, she discovered her real passion is women’s health. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping her patients with pregnancy, labor, and reproductive health.

Dr. Sample returned to Ohio after medical school, completing her residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She’s excited to have the opportunity to work in the state where she grew up, serving the Butler County community as a member of the OBGYN Associates team.

When she’s not at work, Dr. Sample enjoys checking out the sights in Cincinnati with her family. She has two sons with her husband of 14 years, Tim. She also loves to watch baseball and is a big fan of the NY Mets.
