I contacted Servpro and spoke with David after receiving the run around from various other companies regarding pricing and services. I wanted to take the time to review after David sent someone to clean my carpets. 

All I can say is, not only did the company work with me, speak to me honestly but the job they did was amazing! Pedro was polite and approachable. We were in the process of moving out of our home and finishing up the last of our cleaning and picking up odds and ends while Pedro was cleaning our carpets. He made sure to get the job done right; while being as inconspicuous as possible. When we came outside to rest Pedro was waiting patiently for our floors to dry it was at that point I had the opportunity to speak with him- this young man had NOTHING but good things to say regarding his company and David (whom I am assuming is the owner.) 

That says something!

A job well done Pedro, the team at Servpro of Greater St. Augustine has my business for life! I wish I had asked for more than one business card. What a group of people and my carpets were so clean I think I wouldn't have had a problem eating a sandwich off the floor. 

As a matter of fact.....I did just that during a rest break.

P.S: Even the wonderful lady answering the phone was friendly, respectful and a dream to talk too!
