We are now accepting applications for our annual Smile Project!  Sun Dental is committed to paying it forward in our community.  We are looking for a child/teenager between the ages of 11-17 who is in need of orthodontic care.  By completing a community service project of their own creation, the recipient will receive free orthodontic care!

To qualify you need to complete 3 things:

1.       2 letters of recommendation from teachers or community leaders (non-relative)

2.       Present an outline for a 40 hour “Smile Project” to be complete within the first year of treatment

3.       Accepted orthodontic case (exclusions apply, contact the office for questions)

Project ideas include but are not limited to organizing a charitable event or fundraiser, Ongoing Volunteering at a non-profit or whatever service type project you can think up!

Applications can be picked up in our office and will be accepted until October 15th 2017.
