Meet Personal Injury Lawyer Russell Williams of the Firm's New Charleston Office, 1, West Virginia

Katz Kantor Stonestreet & Buckner, PLLC is pleased to announce the opening of the law firm’s newest office, located at 112 Capitol St., Suite 200, Charleston, WV. The Charleston office will be led by Charleston, WV, native Russell Williams, the firm’s newest personal injury lawyer. Mr. Williams will meet with clients and assist them with all their personal injury needs. Whether you were injured in an auto crash, suffered injuries due to a defective product, or you or a loved one were the victim of medical malpractice, you can count on Mr. Williams to provide the excellent legal representation and counsel that clients of Katz Kantor Stonestreet & Buckner, PLLC have come to expect.

A native of Charleston, WV, Mr. Williams attended Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, where he earned an undergraduate degree in history. He went on to study at the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.

Mr. Williams then spent more than 12 years as a defense attorney for large national firms in Atlanta, GA, and Charleston, WV. However, he became frustrated with the way corporate clients valued profits over the safety and financial security of victims.

He decided to pursue personal injury law at a firm that allows him to provide individualized attention to each client. Mr. Williams has dedicated his practice to providing aggressive legal representation to victims of negligence ever since. His experience as a corporate defense attorney has given him insight into the way businesses, insurance companies, and health care providers evaluate claims and approach litigation, and he uses that knowledge to serve his clients.

This background has made him a skilled negotiator and litigator who fights vigorously for the rights of victims and their families. As a dedicated personal injury lawyer, Mr. Williams represents victims in a broad range of areas, including:

  • Auto, motorcycle, and truck crashes
  • Medical malpractice
  • Wrongful death
  • Nursing home abuse and neglect
  • Defective product liability
  • Law enforcement violations and abuse
  • Industrial, mining, and gas hazards

When he is not working to help clients achieve fair and just compensation, Mr. Williams enjoys traveling, running, and enjoying other outdoor activities with his wife and two children. He also is a devoted soccer fan.
