To start your customized wine-making tasting, make a reservation anytime between the hours of 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. from Wednesday to Sunday. When you arrive, you and a guest will taste six of Oeno Winemaking’s locally produced wines. From sweet, crisp whites to rich, bold reds, you will enjoy a variety of their finest offerings.

When you have narrowed down your preference and chosen the wine best suited to your taste, submit your order for your personalized bottle of wine. Now the waiting begins, but due to the wines low sulfite levels, it won’t be for too long!

In about six to eight weeks, your customized bottle of wine will be ready to bottle. To help pass the time, create your own individual label and submit it online. Once the wine is ready, you will return to the winery to bottle, label, and cork it before bringing it home to enjoy. Not only do you get a hands-on wine-making experience, but you also get it all for only $29.
