Oink & Moo specializes in bringing barbecue flavors from all over the country to New Jersey and Philadelphia. To bring all these flavors to you, they smoke their meats low and slow using hickory, cherry, and apple woods. They are able to do the smoking right there in the truck in a commercial grade smoker thanks to the expert food truck design by Shanghai MKS. 

Some options available from the food truck include: BBQ Brisket or Pulled Pork Sliders, Babyback Ribs, Oink & Moo Chili, Pulled Pork Tacos, Quesadillas, and Chipotle Chicken Tacos.
