After over a year of development effort, Treasured Locks is moving to a new platform for our website. This is an exciting (expensive and exhausting) time for us. We have made this move to be able to offer you better service in the future. The new platform is more modern giving us much more flexibility.
You may notice some changes in the appearance of the website. You will see some enhancements to our policies and programs in the next few weeks. We are looking forward to announcing those in upcoming newsletters.
There will be some hiccups along the way. We apologize in advance for any problems you may encounter and ask that you be patient with us and allow us to make things right for you.
We are still in transition with the rewards program. It might take us a little longer to fill requests as we move from a coupon based system to a much easier to understand and use system. We want to assure you that you will not lose any rewards you have or credit for any orders you place.
