CMHS Celebrates HIM Week, Gatesville, Texas

During Health Information Professionals (HIP) Week Coryell Memorial wants to acknowledge our amazing team. HIP Week is a national showcase for the thousands of health information management (HIM) professionals leading the effort to ensure the availability, accuracy, integrity, and security of all data related to patient healthcare encounters.  The skilled professionals at Coryell Memorial work daily to maintain and make patients’ medical records accessible, while upholding patient privacy laws. If you have a question about your medical records call (254) 865-8251 and ask for the HIM Department.

***Please note, due to CMHS’s expansion and renovation project, the HIM Department has moved to the main hospital hallway in the former location of the business office.
