Try not to overthink your weight loss path. It’s simple, move more while taking in less energy (calories).  If you start with a few basic steps, it can be simple. 

You don't have to have a gym membership to stay fit. In fact here are few ways to get active right at home.

  1. Turn household items into weights. Food cans (15 oz.) can be a simple way to tone. 
  2. Walk more often instead of driving to somewhere close by.
  3. Get rolling on a bike that has been in the garage too long.
  4. Plant a vegetable or flower garden.
  5. Get out and play! Shoot hoops, play fetch with your dog, or chase the kids!!

Losing weight is never easy, but start simple and stay focused. You will see the results!
