Bombers CrossFit is a community of individuals dedicated to reaching their full fitness potential. 

We are a band of brothers who have decided that routine is the enemy and we will prove our fitness through any and every test imaginable.  We employ a philosophy of constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity.  We will run, row, jump, and throw.  We will squat, deadlift, press, and Olympic lift.  We will do pull-ups, sit-ups, lunges, and walk on our hands.
