There are some upcoming road closures that may affect your travel time to Liberty Vet.  If you use either route listed below, please add some extra time for the detour...

The Butler County Engineer's Office reports that Mauds Hughes Road will close five feet north of Kyles Station Road and 1.1 miles south of Hankins Road beginning Monday March 27, 2017. This closure is necessary for preliminary work in conjunction with upcoming road and drainage improvements at Kyles Station and Mauds Hughes. There may be occasional lane restrictions on Kyles Station Road during the day. Flaggers will be utilized to maintain traffic during these lane closures. Mauds Hughes Road is tentatively scheduled to reopen by Thursday, March 30, 2017.  Detour: Northbound Mauds Hughes Road traffic will detour east on Kyles Station Road, north on Yankee Road, and west on Hankins Road to Mauds Hughes. Southbound traffic will reverse this route. 

Yankee Road will close 0.1 mile north of Princeton Road and 0.4 mile south of Millikin Road for a culvert replacement beginning Monday, April 3, 2017. Yankee Road is tentatively scheduled to reopen the week of May 1, 2017.  Detour: Northbound Yankee Road traffic will detour east on Princeton Road, north on Cincinnati Dayton Road, and west on Millikin Road to Yankee. Southbound traffic will reverse this route.

Motorists are encouraged to check the BCEO website as the best source for possible date and status changes concerning this closure.
