Nearly everyone can fit walking into their day and it pays off!!

Walk your way to fitness:

  • Set a goal. Start small and build up. Maybe a 10 minute walk over your lunch hour which then leads to another 10 minutes after dinner.
  • Walk with a friend or dog.  Have someone push you to stay committed.
  • Reward your success with a new fitness band, health magazine, or walking shoes.

Already have a pedometer, shoot for 10,000 steps most days of the week.  Get fit, one step at a time.
