This month we will study life at the pond. We will pack a picnic and meet at the pond for a month of learning about frogs, ducks, fish, snails and turtles. Become scientists and build a pond habitat. Paint with muck, relax on a lily pad and count dragonflies as we enjoy observing how the pond changes throughout the seasons. Here is an overview of the basic concepts we will cover: (four weekly topics – Life Around the Pond, Pond Plants, Life in the Pond and Pond Insects) We also plan to celebrate St. Patty’s Day with our usual Irish Jig and plenty of wearing of the green. We may even create a rainbow with a pot of gold! Should be a great month.  We hope you will enjoy learning along side of us.
