CHEESY FOOTBALL

Servings: 30/Prep Time: 15 min/Cook Time: n/a/Chill Time: 3 hrs

What You Need:

  • 2 pkg. (8oz each) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg. (8oz) Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ c. Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ c. Miracle Whip Dressing
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 c. choped Planters Pecans
  • 2 tbsp. pimento strips
  • Ritz Crackers

What To Do:

  1. Beat first 5 ingredients with mixer until blended. Stir in options. Refrigerate several hours.
  2. Form into football shape; coat with nuts.
  3. Add pimentos for the lacing.  Serve with crackers

LOADED TOTCHOS

Servings: 12/Prep Time: 10 min/Cook Time: 30 min

What You Need:

  • 1 pkg. (32oz) Ore-Ida Tater Tots
  • 1 container (8oz) Breakstone’s or Knudsen Sour Cream
  • ¼ c. Kraft Classic Ranch Dressing
  • 3 tbsp. chopped fresh chives, divided
  • 1 pkg. (8oz) Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, cooked, crumbled

What To Do:

  1. Heat oven to 425
  2. Bake Tater Tots as directed on package
  3. Meanwhile, mix sour cream, dressing and 2 tbsp chives until blended
  4. Spread Tater Tots onto platter; top with sour cream mixture, cheese and bacon. Sprinkled with remaining chives

SRIRACHA HOT DOGS

Servings: 8/Prep Time: 8 min/Cook Time: 12 min

What You Need:

  • 1 pkg (15oz) Oscar Mayer Bun-Length Beef Franks
  • 8 hot dog buns
  • 1-½ c. Kraft Shredded Jalapeno Cheese
  • 2 fresh jalapeno peppers, thinly sliced
  • ½ c. Heinz Ketchup blended with Sriracha flavor

What To Do:

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat
  2. Grill franks 5 min. or until heated through, turning occasionally and adding buns, cut sides down, to grill for the last minute
  3. Fill buns with franks; place in 13’’x9’’ pan.  Top franks with cheese and peppers. Grill 3 to 4 min. or until cheese is melted.
  4. Drizzle with ketchup

CHEDDAR-BACON BBQ HOT DOGS

Servings: 4/Prep Time: 10 min/Cook Time: 5 min

What You Need:

  • 4 onion slices (½ in. thick)
  • 4 Oscar Mayer Premium Jumbo Beef Franks, partially split lenghtwise
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 tbsp Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 Kraft Big Slice Mild Cheddar Cheese Slices, cut diagonally in half
  • 4 slices cooked Oscar Mayer Bacon, crumbled

What To Do:

  1. Heat grill to medium heat
  2. Grill onions and franks, cut sides down, 5 min, turning after 3 min and adding bus, cut sides down, to grill for the last minute
  3. Spread barbecue sauce onto cut sides of top halves of buns. Fill buns with cheese, franks, onions and bacon.

*Serving Suggestions: Serve with raw vegetables and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal

*Make Ahead: Bacon can be cooked ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 48 hours before using as directed. Plan ahead and cook additional bacon slices to have on hand for use in other recipes or to serve as part of your next breakfast.

*Variations: To cook indoors, cook franks and onion slices in large nonstick skillet or heated grill pan on medium heat 5 min., turning after 3 min. Meanwhile, toast buns in toaster or toaster oven.
