Tired of the same boring snacks? Then mix it up with one of these healthy options below, all under 200 calories.

  1.  High fiber, low-carb tortilla wrapped with smoked salmon (1 ounce) and low-fat cream cheese (1 tablespoon).
  2. One small banana sliced and topped with 2 tsp. almond butter and 1 tablespoon of toasted, shredded coconut.
  3. 1 cup blackberries with ¼ cup park-skim ricotta and 1 tsp. honey and grated lemon zest.

Don’t fall back on the same choices. Instead choose a new food, different  texture, color, or flavor to you day!
