Grief is a very difficult road to travel especially if you feel like you are traveling it alone. It’s always good to be involved in groups that can help support and encourage you. But sometimes when you are traveling the journey of grief you don’t feel like being around other people. That’s why it’s very important to maintain your prayer life. Prayer unlocks doors and allows God to touch and heal your emotions that no one else can. Often people ask how they should pray; the key to prayer is to pray exactly the way that you are comfortable with. Everyone has been created different and everyone prays different. Be willing to talk to God and let him know how you feel and how you desire for Him to help you to overcome the emotions that you are feeling. Be encouraged that God is always with you and see’s every tear that you cry.
