Get in Shape & Spend Time With Your Baby at Stroller Boot Camp From Mind Over Matter Health & Fitness!, Manhattan, New York

Staying in shape can be a tough commitment to keep, especially when you have a baby to care for. Going to the gym would require you to find a trustworthy sitter, and finding time to work out in between your baby or toddler’s naps is a challenge in itself. In addition to that, raising a small child can be plain exhausting, and you may find yourself desiring a nap along with your toddler. Mind Over Matter Health & Fitness offers a way for you to stay in shape and spend time with your baby. The personal training center has been serving clients throughout New York City since 2004, and seeks to help mothers of young children keep up with their workout regimen at Battery Park Stroller Boot Camp.

The boot camp takes place every Tuesday in Battery Park City at the Northwest corner of Murray and River Terrace. The Stroller Boot Camp class is very similar to the regular Boot Camp class. You’ll burn fat and build muscle through exercises such as cardio, stretching, strength training, and a cool down session. You’ll jog and race walk for cardio exercises, and engage in resistance training such as squats, lunges, and numerous other abdominal movements that incorporate your child’s stroller. The cost for the Stroller Boot Camp is $239 for eight sessions or $35 for a single session. No matter which option you choose, you’ll feel great and have fun with your baby.
