Nothing says “summer” quite like a juicy burger. While regular burgers are tasty on their own, sometimes it’s nice to try something new. King Street Kitchen in La Crosse, WI, has been making delicious burgers, sandwiches, and other meals for residents since 2006, inspiring taste buds and leaving customers happy and full after every meal.

To help the creative process, King Street Kitchen has put together this list of five unusual burgers you should cook for dinner this summer:

  • Hawaiian Burgers: Give your burgers a delicious tang with Hawaiian flavors like pineapple and teriyaki. As you grill your burger, baste it with teriyaki sauce. On the same grill, throw some pineapple rings down and baste them in teriyaki as well. Place the burger, pineapple, and a slice of provolone cheese on a Hawaiian roll and top with your favorite burger dressings.
  • dinner-burgers-La-Crosse-WIBBQ Bacon Cheeseburgers: Mix up the classic bacon cheeseburger with the flavor of barbecue sauce. For added panache, try wrapping the bacon around the beef patty before grilling rather than simply placing it on top. Spread your favorite barbecue sauce on the burger and bun and finish with a slice of cheddar cheese.
  • California Guacamole Burgers: The summer-fresh flavors of guacamole and alfalfa sprouts on these burgers will make you feel less guilty for indulging yourself. Start with an onion roll, slather on mayonnaise, and sprinkle alfalfa sprouts on top. Put the burger and a healthy dollop of guacamole on top, then finish with lettuce, tomato, and pickle.
  • Blue Cheese Stuffed Burgers: Before these burgers make it onto the grill, spoon a mixture of cream cheese and blue cheese into the middle of the patty. After placing your cooked burger on a whole wheat bun and dressing it with your favorite flavors, go ahead and dig in. You’ll get soft, melted blue cheese in every bite.
  • Turkey Slaw Burger: Turkey isn’t just for sandwiches. If you’re getting tired of beef, mix it up with a turkey burger. King Street Kitchen recommends mixing in Asian flavors with a patty made of turkey, cilantro, soy sauce, and ginger. Place a refreshing slaw made of mayonnaise, mustard, cilantro, lime, and cabbage on top of the burger, and enjoy!
