I find that clients are concerned about 4 things when they hire an attorney:

                                                                                                           Question 1.  If we win or settle a personal injury or worker’s compensation case, who pays them their money?  ANSWER  I do.  First I obtain the money in full from the insurance company or party I won from and then I cut all the checks regarding client share, attorney share, and out of pocket bills and costs.

                                                                                                         Question 2.  What odes it cost for a consult?  ANSWER  I always give FREE consults!  

                                                                                                         Question 3.  Once I retain you, who do I work with?  ANSWER  You always work with me directly. 

Question 4.  Is it difficult to get ahold of you?  ANSWER  Even when I am not in the office I often call forward my office phone to my cell phone so you can just about always get ahold of me.
