NorthKey Community Care provides Adult Day Training (ADT) services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Northern Kentucky region.  NorthKey’s three ADT programs provide vocational and daily living skills training that focus on each individual’s vocational, educational, and community integration goals, with the intent of maximizing each individual’s capacity to engage and integrate within the community. 

As part of its ADT programs, NorthKey partners with local businesses to provide opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate in meaningful work projects that allow the individuals to focus on building their vocational and daily living skills, as well as earn wages.  Please click on the link below to view a video of one of the partnerships NorthKey’s ADT program has with a local business.
