During the week of May 23rd through May 27th, 2016, we will offer complimentary chiropractic, orthopedic, neurological examinations, any necessary x-rays, plus a report of findings of this examination. In exchange for these services, we are asking for a donation of at least $10.00 which will be given to the Urban Ministries to feed the homeless or the Wounded Warriors. (The normal charge is $155-$305).

There are limited appointments available. Simply have those you refer call right away and mention our Community Appreciation letter to receive this offer.

If you have not been treated or checked in three months or more, please feel free to use this letter for a complimentary check up as well.
