Local author and historian, Michael Tougias, will discuss the creation of the Quabbin Reservoir in the 1930’s.  While the Quabbin today is a source of water for almost one-half of the people in Massachusetts, its creation involved the destruction of four towns and the displacement of 2500 residents.
