Check Out Kid's Camps & Classes on The Upper East Side This Summer!, Manhattan, New York

April brings the promise of not only spring, but also another school year coming to a close! Parents breathe a sigh of relief at a short respite from carpooling to extracurricular activities and nagging their young ones about homework. But after the first burst of excitement, the summer slump quickly sets in. To combat boredom and couch potato syndrome all summer, The Little Gym of The Upper East Side has several different kid’s camps and classes to keep little bodies and minds active. Summer is a chance for a different kind of development, one of exploration and adventure!

Summer Camp: Super Kids’ Quest

Summer camp at The Little Gym is for 2.5 to 12 year old kids. Each five day camp includes twice daily sessions from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m., so you can tailor your work schedule to their play schedule! Camps are theme-based, following a curriculum that builds upon the newest skills and knowledge your child has acquired. Parents can choose from one or both of any of the kid’s gym’s exciting themes beginning on June 9th such as The Search for Rainbow Castle, Gerty, the Good Mannered Gorilla, and The Dragon’s Lair Slumber Party. Like all kid’s classes at The Little Gym, students learn alongside old friends and practice great teamwork with new ones during fun activities like arts and crafts, gymnastics, dance, and other activities.

Summer Kid’s Classes

In addition to kid’s camps, The Little Gym’s class schedule is full this summer. It’s a great time to try something new, like dance or gymnastics! There are a variety of different flexible schedules and offerings for everyone from infants to 12 year olds.
