Hawaiiana Management Company today announced winning results for first quarter 2016. Among the company’s achievements during the first three months of 2016 were the signing of new business contracts on 21 major real estate projects. This new business includes 17 existing condominiums and HOAs and four new condominium developments.

New Hawaiiana clients signed during first quarter 2016 include Aloha Pacific Center Commercial Condominium Association (Oahu), Kalihiwai Ridge Community Association (Kauai), Napili Bay Condominium Association (Maui) and Estate Villas at Hualalai Condominium Association (Big Island).

During the first quarter of 2016, Hawaiiana’s administrative assistants provided meeting check-in, proxy administration, ballot tally and minutes preparation for nearly 400 annual association meetings on six Hawaiian Islands.

Also, for the ninth year in a row, Hawaiiana was ranked number one Condominium Association Manager by Pacific Business News. Hawaiiana’s total units managed surpassed the total management portfolios of the next three companies COMBINED.
