- Stretchable Blends: Need scrub tops that will stretch? Spandex is the key material for stretch, while rayon provides softness and comfort. And do not shy away from the word "polyester!" Todays poly blends or 100% polyester is not like the old thick polyester you might have grown up with! Polyester pretty much guarantees no shrinkage or fading while remaining comfortable and "fluid."

For example, with “princess seaming,” which runs from the
shoulders to the bottom hem, you can achieve a more fitted look. Another
popular style is the “mock wrap” which creates
a different type of style! “Empire waist seaming” provides an extra seam
