As part of our ongoing service to clients, Hawaiiana provides educational seminars to both board members and residential managers. Hawaiiana's most recent seminar took place in Kona, where topics centered around human resources legislation, and conducting productive board meetings.

In addition, Hawaiiana will present the "P.O.W.E.R." seminar for Resident Managers on Wednesday, May 11 at the Hale Koa Hotel. The seminar is designed to help resident, site and general managers effectively address situations which arise in HOA’s and AOAO’s, while maintaining a "Positive Outcome With Every Resident" in the process.
