Not sure what that nagging ache or pain is interfering with your training? Is it just normal wear and tear, or could it be something more serious? Free sports injury assessments every Monday in Dayton from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and every Tuesday in Troy from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.  Call Up and Running Dayton at (937)-432-9210 or Up and Running Troy at (937)-401-0295 to make an appointment, or stop by during injury clinic hours.

All assessments performed by a certified athletic trainer from Miami Valley Hospital. Appointments take priority over walk-ins. Walk-ins seen on a first come, first serve basis.

A parent or legal guardian must accompany those under age 18. Athletic training services including, but not limited to preventative taping, padding or wrapping may be denied if the assessment reveals that the severity of the injury warrants prevention of athletic participation.
