Please join StayFIT every Saturday at 8am for the weekly Walk with a Doc event at Patsy Mink's Central Oahu Regional Park near the Tennis Courts. Walk with a Doc is a national program that brings doctors and other medical professionals together with their patients to provide medical advice and an opportunity to get active through walking. At Oahu's Walk with a Doc, registration starts at 7:30am. At 8am, we begin with a 15 minute talk presented by a guest speaker then together as a group we walk around the park for 30-45 minutes. Bring your family and friends as all ages are welcome to this family fun event.
