Nicole began at Bombers in February 2015. She has been a constant fixture with the crew at 6:30pm and has quietly been pushing herself to more and more challenges in her time with us.  Nicole has an amazing attitude, is very coachable, and has proven to herself over and over again how much she can accomplish by putting her mind to it!  Nicole can also be spotted from time to time at Saturday Yoga.


A Little Q&A with Nicole.

What do you like most about Bombers?

What I like the most at Bombers are the people! From the coaches to the members, they all strive to help you accomplish your goals. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned CrossFitter, this gym has something for everyone. When I started at Bombers over a year ago, I know next to nothing about CrossFit. I was welcomed with smiles and lots of encouragement. I also like that most movements has a scaled version to help learn the proper technique while still providing and awesome workout!

What is your favorite/least favorite WOD?

What I like the most at Bombers are the Bodyweight workouts, any WOD with a Kettlebell, and I really like Push Press! What I dislike the most is running! I would rather do anything than run!

What is one thing we should know about you?

When I’m not at Bombers, I keep busy with my three children, and I have just finished schooling to become a Health Coach.
