Lyn Thomas will speak to the Rotary Club of Wellesley Inc. from 6:30 to 8 p.m. March 15 at the Wellesley Community Center, 219 Washington St.

Thomas is the founder and CEO of Thomas Consulting, located in Newton. Her firm specializes in customer and employee loyalty and retention to increase a company’s profits.

She has been a columnist for trade publications and also has authored many articles. Her second book, “Wow Your Way To Profit,” was published in May 2015 by Amazon. Thomas has specialized in customer and employee loyalty and retention for over 25 years and has worked with 475 companies in different industries.
