Tory’s Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc. loves to help the local community with roofing projects of any size. Most recently, the roofing contractors completed a big commercial roofing project for the University of Hawaii’s new Physical Education Athletic Complex!

The scope of the work involved removing the existing roofing down to the concrete deck. Then came insulation, cover board, base sheet, and cap sheet installation. Tory’s then installed walk pads, trem bars, and chemcurbs as necessary. Finally, they power washed the roof and applied two coats of foundation to protect the roof from the hot Hawaii sun!

The University’s new Athletic Complex has benefited from their new roof. Not only has the complex been protected from sun and rain, but the roof makes the complex look great as well!
