As our world advances toward a more technology-based future, fewer school subjects are more important than math. But for many students, math can be challenging and intimidating. That’s why the staff FasTracKids/JEI Learning Center in Williamsburg strives to provide children with the extra help they need to succeed in math enrichment classes.

The JEI Learning Center's math enrichment program helps your child build a strong educational foundation for their math-based work. Initially, the JEI program calls for an assessment of your child's individual aptitude for mathematics. From there, your child follows a highly personalized study program that helps them reach certain goals and learn relevant concepts.

The program at JEI Learning Center provides your child with step-by-step instructions, and they only progress when they've fully mastered a concept. Your child will never feel rushed, and working at their own pace allows them to feel confident about their work. The math enrichment program covers number concepts, geometry, data analysis, and more, and follows Common Core standards. 

The JEI math tutoring program is available to children in grades pre-k through nine. Students can attend tutoring sessions between one and three times a week depending on their individual need. JEI also encourages students to continue their learning at home to supplement the tutoring sessions.

All in all, this math enrichment program helps children develop the confidence and knowledge they need to truly excel in mathematics and in their future. Ultimately, they’ll learn to be comfortable with numbers both inside and outside of the classroom.
