Ginseng contracts with private schools in China to recruit top-notch teachers and administrators. We work with each school to understand their educational environment and hiring goals, and we work with each candidate to understand his/her educational philosophy and career aspirations. We then connect candidates to schools at which we think they would be a good fit.

If you choose to apply to one of our open positions, a Ginseng staff member will conduct your preliminary interview. We will then make a hiring recommendation to our partners for the position(s) for which we (and you) think you are a good fit. If our partner approves our submission on your behalf, they will reach out to you to conduct a second interview. Should they choose to hire you, your contract will be directly with the school. However, we will be here as a resource for you every step of the way, with any question you may have - no matter how big or small.
