Although Touro College Graduate School of Technology’s newest course in the Web & Multimedia Design program, WMM 614 “Mobile Apps Design & Development,” begins on Monday, September 9th, there is still plenty of time for students to register.
WMM 614, offered for the first time by the NYC graduate school in the Fall 2013 semester, is instructed by Professor Irina Berman and is worth three credit hours. “Mobile Apps Design & Development” presumes the student has experience in basic App Develop and builds upon this foundation with additional techniques and skills, including UI development through ADT Visual Designer, event handling in GUI, application integration with SQLite databases, and ensuring application capability among tablet and mobile phone devices.
Beyond this technical knowledge, WMM 614 will foster each student’s ability to follow software best practices and processes, write and speak about software engineering and mobile application development, and work as a member of a team to meet project deadlines and milestones. These course objections are designed to help each student of Web & Multimedia Design to excel in the workplace upon graduation from the Master of Art degree program.
There are just a few short weeks until the start of the Fall 2013 semester, so students are encouraged to enroll in WMM 614 “Mobile Apps Design & Development” as soon as possible to ensure their spot in this fantastic and enriching class about Android and iOS app development.
