In New York City, new students at Touro College Graduate School of Technology (GST) are beginning a semester in one of the graduate school’s three highly regarded master’s programs. To prepare students for a challenging and engaging semester, Touro College GST is hosting two orientation sessions. Touro College GST’s involvement in the lives and future success of their newest students is just beginning of a lifelong relationship it prides itself on keeping with its students and alumni.
On Thursday, January 9that 5 p.m. the graduate school is hosting a new student orientation for the Master of Science in Instructional Technology program. Students are setting out to obtain the tools necessary to succeed in the effective use of instructional technology in schools, colleges, universities, and business settings. At orientation, new students will hear from Touro's Director of Career Services, and have the chance to meet and network with their highly trained and experienced faculty as well as fellow students. They will benefit from an inside look into Touro College GST’s programs and courses, while enjoying pizza and a special gift from the graduate school.
On Wednesday, January 22nd at 5:45 p.m. Touro College GST will be hosting a similar orientation for the two remaining programs: The Master of Arts in Web and Multimedia Design and the Master of Science in Information Systems. As with the aforementioned orientation, this event will give students the opportunity to network and dine together in a friendly environment while discussing their goals as aspiring and continuing professionals in diverse fields like e-commerce, interface design, mobile communications, data communications, and technology leadership.
