At FasTracKids, a New York City-based academic enrichment center, your gifted and talented student will get the education they need to ace the New York State ELA/Literacy and Mathematics Common Core tests. The tests, scheduled for April 5th to 7th (ELA) and April 12th to 14th (Math) for grades three to eight, have been redesigned with a new format and broader performance indicators.

Your child might not know what he wants to be when he grows up when he’s only in third grade, but his test scores will still be a good indication of whether or not he has the knowledge and skills to succeed in college and his career. Because this test is so important, FasTracKids offers Math and ELA test prep classes to prepare students for the tests.

Each Math and ELA class is two hours long, and there are four two-hour classes per month. Teachers are available weekdays after school and on weekends, so if you or your budding academic have any questions, you can easily reach out to an instructor.

What distinguishes FasTracKids' math and ELA courses from other tutoring services? These teachers provide more than just strong foundations; they customize the enrichment programs to fit every child’s strengths and weaknesses.

If the teacher recognizes that your child might need more instruction in a certain area, they tailor the lessons to better prepare your child, and they assign homework to provide each student with more practice. With only three students to one teacher, you can be sure your gifted and talented student is getting the attention they need to succeed.
