Wellesley Choral Society to present Cabaret Concert on Jan. 30

The Wellesley Choral Society presents its annual Winter Cabaret Concert at Wellesley Hills Congregational Church, 207 Washington St., on Saturday, Jan. 30 at 7pm.

This is a casual pops-style event. The theme is “Music of the Wild West” featuring traditional Western tunes to excerpts from Puccini’s opera La Fanciulla del West (The Girl of the Golden West) and Copland’s The Tender Land.

Complimentary refreshments, an audience sing-along and a silent auction will be part of the evening’s entertainment.Tickets may be purchased at the door: general admission is $20, seniors/students $15, ages 12 and under free.
