Sounds of Success: Preschool and Learning Center is now hiring on-call substitute teacher aides for their 3–5 year-old classrooms at their child care center in Aiea, HI. Sounds of Success is a private, non-profit family child care facility for preschool- and school-aged children. 

With the best speech therapy program in the area, their certified staff members are licensed speech-language pathologists, ensuring each child who attends their programs receives the best care possible. Children as young as 2 ½ are accepted into their 3-year old program. In addition, the learning center also boasts other educational curriculums for all children through their child care and preschool programs as well as a kindergarten curriculum and an after-school program centering on language skills for older children up to age 18.

For the on-call substitute teacher aide position, applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. They must love being surrounded by children and demonstrate their interests in child care in a fun, caring, and energetic way. Previous experience working with children is preferred, and applicants must be available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., or Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. The pay rate is $8.50 per hour.
